I took my old PC to these guys and asked for everything to be copied onto my new computer AS IS, INCLUDING THE SETTINGS. Now, my new PC is practically unuseable! Nothing is the same! I was able to meet with Darin, a staff member just two days ago. I could not get my laptop to start up. With 30 min. he had it working again and I was able to backup my work. He gave me advise on how to use Malware Bites, and what else my computer may need to run correctly. I would recommend them. The store is professional and welcoming. I explained the issues I had with my computer and the tech ran a diagnostic, found the problem and gave me two options to fix the problems. They fix my laptop, save my data and it runs like new. They fixed me computer for less than half the price the surrounding stores were asking. When u go in, ask for Toni, he hooked me up. Great guys to do business with. Discussed my problem at length on the phone before I went in, so I didn't have to travel just to find out if they could help. They work on Lenovo laptops. Were very courteous and helpful, insisted on using genuine parts, no cheap knock-off equipment etc. Price was very fair and turn around was quick.
